OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. has been merged with OYAK Concrete within the scope of a fast and profitable growth strategy. In this merger of two companies, the aim is simplify operations and increase OYAK’s efficiency.
OYAK, which grouped five public cement companies under the name OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. in May, incorporated OYAK Concrete into OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. on the last day of the year. With the new structure created upon the “simplified merger”, OYAK Cement has improved the integration between companies, leading to simpler and more efficient operational processes, and gathered treasury and risk management under one roof, leading to more efficient financial and operational processes.

· In the event that the reasons that lead to the processing of their personal data are no longer relevant, although it has been processed as per the Law and the relevant legislation, to request the deletion or destruction of their data and to notify this to third parties to which their personal data has been transferred,
· To object to the analysis of their processed data, if it has resulted against them when conducted exclusively through automated systems,
· To request the recovery of their loss, if they suffer a loss due to the processing of their personal data in a way that violates the Law.
